Write to us at hi@prayerand.com about anything: a question, a problem, something you have seen, or a request to delete your account. We reply from the same address.
Report a request or comment
If something concerns you, report it. Reports are private: the author is never told who reported them, and an anonymous author stays anonymous. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours.
In the app: tap the flag in the corner of the request or comment, choose Report, pick what the concern is, and send it.
On the website: click the flag in the corner of the request or comment, pick what the concern is, and send it.
Block someone
Blocking hides what someone shares under their name and stops their notifications reaching you. They are not told.
In the app: tap the flag in the corner of a request or comment and choose Block. Blocking an anonymous post hides that post only, so the author stays anonymous. Blocked people are listed under Settings, where you can unblock them.
Blocking is available in the app. If you need someone's content hidden on the website, write to us and we will help.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, your requests and comments, your prayers and likes, your group memberships, and your notifications, as described in the Privacy Policy.
In the app: open Settings, choose Manage account, then Delete account.
On the website: open your profile menu, choose Manage account, then Security, then Delete account.
By email: write to hi@prayerand.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
